What are your most difficult symptoms?:
Dry mouth, fatigue and facial swelling

How has Sjögren's impacted your life (either physically, emotionally, financially)?:
My facial swelling affected my self esteem. I felt so ugly.

How do you effectively cope with the complexity of symptoms?:
I make sure to rest as much as possible and remind myself to cut myself a break. I join groups of alike peers to vent and support others in a safe space.

What do you wish people knew about your Sjögren’s?:
That my symptoms are not an exaggeration.

How do you incorporate self-care with managing Sjögren's?:
I make sure to dedicate at least one day of self care and low maintenance to myself per each work week.

What is your go-to Sjögren's product?:
Dry mouth discs and eye drops

What’s your best Sjögren’s tip?:
Create a strong support system. Bad days don’t last that long when you have one.
