Please finish the following sentence: "Sjögren's has taught me...":
To appreciate everyday that I’m able to get up and moving.

What are your most difficult symptoms?:
Sjögren’s isn’t my primary illness. It’s one of three illnesses I have. My Sjögren’s amplifies all my other symptoms to a new extreme.

How has Sjögren's impacted your life (either physically, emotionally, financially)?:
I have POTs and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sjögren's makes me hurt so much more. It works directly against my POTs, and has made my fainting much worse.

How do you effectively cope with the complexity of symptoms?:
Some days I don’t cope. I cry and cry. Others I remind myself of my friends who have past to soon. I live for them.

What do you wish people knew about your Sjögren’s?:
It effects more than just the water in your body.

How do you incorporate self-care with managing Sjögren's?:
I try and find time to do something fun everyday, even if it’s in bed.

What is your go-to Sjögren's product?:
Haven’t found one.

What’s your best Sjögren’s tip?:
Take it one day at a time. Somedays I can move mountains, others I can’t even move myself.
