The Foundation is looking for walkers or runners to join our Team Sjögren’s Training Program for a virtual 5k, 10K or Half Marathon. Follow our program and we will prepare you to WALK or RUN either a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon distance over Thanksgiving weekend in your hometown!

All of our runners and walkers will take part in regular training calls with their fellow team members and also get personal training advice from our experienced runners and walkers. Then between November 25th-28th, our runners will all head out to complete their distance!
